Watergate: The Jell-O Dessert

This dessert is light and fluffy and insanely easy to make. My mom calls it Watergate, so hopefully you' re not uneasy trying recipes named after Presidential scandals. I can, however, guarantee you this one's a lot safer than the Lewinsky Surprise. There are never any measurements, but it usually fills about six to eight demitasse cups.

Enjoy!

1 box of pistachio Jell-O Pudding
1 small bag off chopped walnuts (optional)
1 small tub of Cool-Whip
1 Small bag of large marshmallows
1 small tin of pineapple chunks (drained)

Gather your ingredients plus a big spoon and a big bowl. Spoon all the Cool-Whip into the bowl followed by the pineapple, walnuts and marshmallows. Dump the box of Jell-O pudding into the bowl and stir like crazy. The whole thing should turn mint green in about 5 minutes. Make sure it's well mixed and then stick it in the refrigerator.

In about half an hour, it will be cold enough to enjoy. It's supposed to be a dessert, but it makes a great late night snack too.
