The queer community in Dublin are proud enough to have a statue of 'one of their own' as it were. At least it's less insulting then what was landed on the statue of Countess Markiewicz and her red setter. Mind you "The Bitch with the dog" doesn't rhyme and so is less well known, just like her statue I have found.
