It has a sense of space when you go in, despite being really just a very long corridor. <\/p>\n<p>The food is pretty good- roast chicken, steak, fish and pasta. Utterly middle of the road, but generally well cooked, if a little too fond of serving the various bits in lots of little dishes. <\/p>\n<p>This clutter is a problem because the tables are too small, and much too close together for real comfort. You are always aware of the person next to you listening to your tedious conversation on flange widgets. A table for four would seat three, ideally. <\/p>\n<p>However, I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ll be going back. Not merely because of Mr. Potato&#8217;s tale of woe, but because it confirmed, in a more extreme way, my own impression of the attitude shown to customers. <\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;re to be tolerated only as long as you still have another course to order. After that, get out and give them back their elbows-have-to-be-tucked-in tables so they can seat more consumers. <\/p>\n<p>For example, despite asking for coffee at the end of the meal after the dessert, it has appeared more than once before the dessert.
