{"id":1968,"date":"2016-06-01T18:23:48","date_gmt":"2016-06-01T17:23:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tuppenceworth.ie\/blog\/?p=1968"},"modified":"2016-06-01T18:36:49","modified_gmt":"2016-06-01T17:36:49","slug":"pod-complaint-go-european-commission","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tuppenceworth.ie\/blog\/2016\/06\/01\/pod-complaint-go-european-commission\/","title":{"rendered":"POD complaint to go to the European Commission"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There has been a pretty significant exchange of correspondence with the Data Protection Commissioner over the Primary Online Database since my last post.<\/p>\n<p>The result is that I am copying all of the documentation to date and will be forwarding it to the European Commission as part of a complaint regarding Ireland&#8217;s failures to ensure that Article 8.3 of the Charter of Fundemental Rights and Article 28 of the Data Protection Directive are given force by the Irish State.
