Therefore, I am restricted to<br \/>\nprosecution in relation to specific complaints from<br \/>\nindividuals. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>and<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In March 2005 summonses were issued in respect of<br \/>\nfive offences and 4\u2019s A Fortune Limited entered<br \/>\nguilty pleas in July 2005. At the final hearing at<br \/>\nCourt 54 on 1September 2005, 4\u2019s A Fortune was<br \/>\nconvicted of committing five offences of failing to<br \/>\ncomply with Regulation 13(1)(b) and fined \u20ac300 out<br \/>\nof a maximum of \u20ac3,000 on each count, plus costs<br \/>\nof \u20ac1,000. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So, had all 165,000 people complained 4&#8217;s A Fortune would have been out of pocket to the tune of \u20ac4,950,000 in fines.
