I could sell this valuable land I’m not using and use the money I get to buy affordable (ie poorly build, and far away) housing. Or- OR!- I could see if I could swap the land, whose value I’m not really sure of for some houses from this nice man I met at the Galway Races.
He says its worth 200 badly made houses. Well, he’ll know his stuff, being a property developer and all. (With 200 badly made houses on his books). I certainly wouldn’t be relying on the OPW to tell me what I’d get for it.
